Ingredients – for the salad:
- 300g brussel sprouts - 2 medium-size red onions - 1 handful walnuts - 2 tbsp. butter - black pepper, freshly ground
Ingredients – for the vinaigrette:
- 1 tbsp. Tarsmak mustard - 50ml wine vinegar - 50ml oil - 1 tsp sugar - ½ tsp salt - 100ml apple juice
Preparation: Cook the brussel sprouts semi-hard in salted water and strain. Cut the onions into wedges and fry in the butter. Add the walnuts and brussel sprouts cut in quarters, season with black pepper. Mix thoroughly all the dressing ingredients and sprinkle the mixture generously over the salad.
