Ingredients:
- 6 tomatoes - 250g couscous, cooked - 100g feta - 3 hard-boiled eggs - 2 dried tomatoes in olive oil - 3 tbsp. olive oil from the dried tomatoes - Tarsmak cheese sauce - 3-4 sprigs fresh basil - freshly ground black pepper to season
Preparation: Combine the cooled couscous with the diced feta and eggs. Add the finely chopped basil, chopped dried tomatoes and olive oil from the dried tomatoes. Season with freshly ground black pepper and mix. Fill the scooped out tomatoes alternately with the stuffing and the Tarsmak cheese sauce. The tomatoes can be served either cold or hot, directly from the oven.
