- 100g parboiled rice
- 2 handful peas, fresh or frozen
- fresh red pepper
- 3 tbsp. canned corn
- 1 can tuna fish in water, in chunks (130g)
- Tarsmak garlic sauce
- black pepper to season

Cook the rice in salted water until tender, strain and cool. Add the green peas, diced pepper, corn and tuna pieces. Season with black pepper, add the Tarsmak garlic sauce and mix.
