Ingredients:
- 4 pears, big and ripe - 3 tbsp. honey - 2 tsp butter - 1 orange, juice only - 50ml rum - Tarsmak cheese sauce
Preparation: Cut the pears longwise in half and remove cores. Place on an aluminium foil BBQ plate, skin-side down. Melt the butter in a saucepan; mix it with the honey, rum and orange juice. Pour the obtained sauce over the pears so that the hollowed spaces are filled. Place the BBQ plate on the hot grill and barbecue the pears till they are tender. Serve poured with the Tarsmak cheese sauce.
