Ingredients:
- 500g minced meat, beef and pork - 1 egg - 1 medium onion - 3-4 garlic cloves - 1 tbsp. flour - 3 tbsp. oil - salt, black pepper, marjoram and spicy paprika to season - Tarsmak mustard paprika sauce
Preparation: Dice the onion finely and fry in oil. At the end of frying, add chopped garlic and flour and fry for a short while to allow the flour to lose its raw taste. Add the whole to the meat, crack in the egg, season and mix thoroughly. Divide the combined meat into 6 equal portions. Form each portion into a shapely oblong cutlet and stick onto a skewer. Fry the mini-kebabs in oil for approximately 20 minutes, turning them over from time to time. Serve with the Tarsmak mustard paprika sauce.
