Ingredients – for the pancake batter:
- 500ml milk - 1 egg - 300g wheat flour - salt, sugar to season - oil to fry
Other ingredients:
- 100g cheese - 4 pickled cucumbers - 1 small jar pickled champignons - 1 bunch chives - ¼ lettuce, iceberg type - 2 hard-boiled eggs - 3 tbsp. Tarsmak mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. sour cream - salt and black pepper to season - Tarsmak dill sauce
Preparation: Mix all the batter ingredients until smooth. Fry large pancakes in a bit of oil. Grate the cheese coarsely and dice finely the pickled cucumbers, champignons and eggs. Add the chopped chives, mayonnaise and cream, season with salt and black pepper, then mix thoroughly. Spread the stuffing onto the pancakes and garnish with iceberg lettuce cut in strips and hard boiled eggs. Roll up tightly, cut into pieces and top with the Tarsmak dill sauce.
