Ingredients:
- 700g white salt water fish
- 1 broccoli
- 1 medium leek
- 1 bunch dill
- Tarsmak dill sauce
- ½ glass sugar
- 2 tbsp. oil
Preparation:
Cut the leek roughly, fry in oil and transfer into a heat-resistant dish. Cover the leek with the carved row fish and sprinkle with roughly ground black pepper. Melt the sugar in the frying pan to make caramel and pour it onto the fish. Fry the broccoli florets briefly in oil and scatter over the fish. Cook in the oven at 180C for approximately 50 minutes. Serve with the Tarsmak dill sauce on top. Do not season with salt!
