Ingredients:
- 1 baby courgette - 100g feta cheese - fresh basil - black pepper - oil - Tarsmak PREMIUM garlic sauce
Preparation: Wash the courgette, cut off the ends and cut lengthways into long strips. Dust each strip with freshly ground pepper and chopped basil, place a piece of feta cheese on it, roll up and fasten with a toothpick. Drizzle each roll with oil and grill on the hot barbecue. Serve with the Tarsmak PREMIUM garlic sauce.
