Ingredients:
- 200g salmon fillets - 1 fresh broccoli - 150ml sweet cream, 18% - 150g grated cheese - Tarsmak garlic sauce - black pepper, salt to season
Preparation: Cut the salmon into pieces, divide the broccoli into florets and place in a shallow roasting tin. Scatter over the sweet cream, season with salt and black pepper and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Cook in the oven to obtain a golden crust. Serve with Tarsmak garlic sauce on top.
