Ingredients:
- 1 courgette - 1 romaine lettuce - 250g broad bean - 3 tomatoes - 4 eggs - 150g feta cheese - Tarsmak garlic sauce - 1 bunch chives - freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste
Preparation: Cook the broad beans in salted water and remove the skins. Cut the courgette into rings, grill in the frying pan and season with salt and black pepper. Wash the lettuce, dry it, tear to pieces and place on a plate. Scatter over the sliced tomatoes, hard boiled eggs cut into wedges, broad beans, grilled courgette and feta cheese cut into cubes. Pour the Tarsmak garlic sauce over the salad and sprinkle with chopped chives.
