Ingredients:
- 5 medium potatoes - 1 baby courgette - 1 bunch chives - 2 eggs - 4 tbsp. flour - salt, black pepper to season - oil - Tarsmak garlic sauce
Preparation: Peel the potatoes and grate finely, then grate the courgette with the skin on a coarse grater. Add the chopped chives, eggs and flour. Season with salt and black pepper and mix thoroughly. Form small pancakes and fry till golden in colour. Serve with Tarsmak garlic sauce.
