Ingredients:
- 1 medium leek - 3 handful rocket - 5 slices canned pineapple - 10 cherry tomatoes - parmesan cheese
Ingredients – for the dressing:
- 1 tbsp. Tarsmak mustard - 50ml wine vinegar - 50ml oil - 1 tsp sugar - ½ tsp salt - 100ml pineapple juice (canned)
Preparation: Wash the leek thoroughly and cut its white part into slices. Add the rocket, pineapple cut in pieces and cherry tomatoes, then toss. Mix thoroughly all the dressing ingredients and pour it over the salad. Top with the shredded parmesan.
