Ingredients:
- 4 eggs - toast bread - radishes - cucumber - 2 tbsp. Tarsmak horseradish sauce - favourite sprouts
Preparation: Hard boil the eggs, cool them, peel and dice. Add the Tarsmak horseradish sauce and mix thoroughly. Fry the toast bread in a toaster or in a dry frying pan and cover evenly with the egg spread, then garnish with the sliced cucumber, radishes and favourite sprouts.
