- 600g pork tenderloin

Ingredients – for the marinade:

- 100ml oil
- 2 tbsp. soya sauce
- 100ml bear
- 1 tsp ground sweet paprika
- ½ lemon, juice only
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt, black pepper to taste
- Tarsmak horseradish sauce

Remove membranes from the tenderloin, cut into four pieces and form steaks by pounding the meat with your hand across the fibres. Crush the garlic cloves. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, spread the marinade over the steaks and transfer into the fridge for 2-3 hours. Grill on a hot barbecue for approximately 5 minutes on each side. Serve with the Tarsmak horseradish sauce.
