Ingredients:
- 8 eggs - 1 tbsp. Tarsmak French mustard - 2 tbsp. natural yoghurt - salt, black pepper, sweet paprika
Preparation: Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Cut in half and remove yolks. Finely chop up all the yolks and one whole egg, add the Tarsmak French mustard, yoghurt, season to taste and mix thoroughly. Fill the egg halves with the stuffing. The stuffed eggs may be served with pickled mushrooms, nuts, tomatoes or herbs.
