Ingredients:
- 1 medium courgette - 3 tbsp. olive oil - ½ bunch fresh coriander - 3 garlic cloves - 1 package penne pasta (400g) - 3 tbsp. Tarsmak cheese sauce - salt, black pepper to season
Preparation: Wash the courgette, cut into middle-thick slices and brown in olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper, add sliced garlic and chopped coriander and simmer the whole for a short time. Add the al dente cooked penne pasta, the Tarsmak cheese sauce and mix all the ingredients.
