Ingredients:
- 2 middle-size pork tenderloins - 6 tbsp. balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp. honey - 4 tbsp. oil - 2 tbsp. soya sauce - salt, roughly ground black pepper to season - Tarsmak barbecue sauce
Preparation: Remove membranes from the tenderloins, season with salt and black pepper and set aside. In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, honey, oil and soya sauce. Cover the tenderloins with the marinade and leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Grill on the barbecue for approximately 8 minutes on each side. Serve with the Tarsmak barbecue sauce.
