risotto wegetarianskie z jarmuzem i sosem serowym  

Ingredients:


- 100g rice
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 small carrot
- 2-3 kale leaves
- 1 handful walnuts, shelled
- 4 tbsp. Tarsmak cheese sauce
- salt, black pepper to season


Preparation:
Cook the rice in salted water until tender and strain it. Peel the carrot, cut in thin strips, then slice the garlic. Fry the vegetables briefly in oil, add the rice and roughly crushed walnuts. Season with black pepper, mix and brown. Finally add the chopped kale and the Tarsmak cheese sauce.
