- 500g wheat flour
- 150g margarine
- 50g yeast
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 yolks
- ½ glass sour cream
- 2 tbsp. milk
- sugar and salt to taste
- fresh pepper
- Tarsmak cheese sauce

Crumble the yeast with the sugar, a pinch of flour and milk. Chop up the margarine with the rest of the flour, add salt to taste, the eggs, yolks, cream and the activated yeast. Make the dough and leave it to rise.
Roll out the dough, form into buns and fill with the eggs and pepper cut into strips. Place the buns onto a greased baking tray and bake for approximately 35-40 minutes at 180C. Serve with the Tarsmak cheese sauce.
