salatka tatarska ze sledziem i ananasem  

Ingredients:


- 6 herring fillets, maatjes type
- 6 slices pineapple, canned
- 3 eggs
- 1 small jar pickled pepper
- 1 jar Tarsmak PREMIUM tartar sauce
- ½ ripe pomegranate
- chili flakes
- ½ glass spirit vinegar
- 1 l water


Preparation:
Soak the fillets in the water with the spirit vinegar to remove the excess salt and to make them acquire vinegar-like aftertaste. Cut the pineapple, hard boiled eggs and pickled pepper into medium-size cubes, then add the drained, chopped herrings and combine all ingredients with the Tarsmak PREMIUM tartar sauce. Transfer into a bowl and garnish with chili flakes and pomegranate seeds.
