Ingredients:
- 2 hamburger rolls - 200g beef, minced - 2 slices cheese - 2 thick slices tomato - 1 small white onion - 4 leaves lettuce - 2 slices red onion - 4-6 slices pickled cucumber - 1 lever tbsp. mustard - Tarsmak sauce for French fries and hamburgers - oil - salt, black pepper to season
Preparation: Combine the meat with the finely chopped onion and mustard, season with salt and black pepper and mix thoroughly with your hand. Form two round, flat cutlets, as big as the roll, and grill on both sides in a frying pan greased with oil. Cut the rolls in half and heat (or even brown) in a dry frying pan. Place the cheese slices, hot cutlets, lettuce, tomato, pickled cucumber and onion rings onto the hot halves of the rolls. Sprinkle generously with the Tarsmak sauce for French fries and hamburgers, and cover with the second half of the roll. Hamburgers may be served with French fries.
